Here be spoilers and conjecture. You have been warned. Didn't get to go to Celebration, but I did watch the panel and the trailer.... and hot damn! Looks like JJ is going to put a bow on the trilogy, the trilogy of trilogies and the whole shebang. The title feels weird, but what if the whole 9 movies was part of some big conspiracy/effort by Darth Plageus and Darth Sideous (aka Pappa Palpatine) under "the Skywalker Project". As we learned in Rogue One, the Empire loved it's fancy shmancy codenamed projects. What if the creation of Anakin was just one of the first ones, under Plageus and later Sideous? What if Rey was just another force infused fetus in the Skywalker product line? What if the Emperor never really died? Or jumped to another clone body like he did in the Dark Empire saga from Dark Horse? Why are our intrepid heroes going to the wreck of the second Death Star? What are they looking for? So many questions. Discuss.
